The restaurant has traditional cuisine, combining the best of the Basque and the Leonese gastronomy. Our team is leaded by the chef Iñaki Villar Otegui (Basque chef from Leon, formed in restaurants like Arzak and Martín Berasategui and during many years 2nd chef of the weddings temple from the Basque Country: Etxeberri). Our kitchen team cares about details and presentation of every plate. Our products are seasonal, fresh, quality and from local producers: cold meat, cured meat or peppers from Fresno.
We have daily menu, events menu and adapted menus for vegetarian and celiac people.
